Ezra is a B2B SaaS product offering campaign management and outreach tools for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle creators. I led its design and development from 0→1, managing two engineers and working closely with my co-founder on go-to-market strategy. Ezra is slowly iterating towards PMF with 40 MAU and growing.

CommBank

Re-desiging Australia’s most used banking app from the ground up.

Australia's largest retail bank had a new strategic vision. I joined a team tasked with the mission of reimagining the app from scratch—no small ask, with 6 million users and an NPS of +30.7 at stake. I spent eight months shaping the initial hypothesis which was then handed to an in-house squad for delivery. The first iteration of the new app was shipped in mid-2023.

Qantas

A new design strategy for Australia’s flagship carrier.

Once the shining star of Australian brands, Qantas faced severe turbulence following a series of public missteps. I joined a large transformation program tasked with restoring faith among Australian consumers. My pod of two defined a new website design strategy, with a focus on IA and navigation. Our work played a significant role in securing further funding for the program.
